Remembrance Day

Lesson: History

Last week, the whole school used the book, 'Where the Poppies Now Grow' by Hilary Robinson & Martin Impey, to reflect on the importance of remembering all of those that have lost their lives during war and conflict. 
The children wrote diary entries, poems, and created poppy artwork across the whole school. It was a time for thoughtfulness and reflection.
